Let’s hand you over to Alex, who’s going to tell you a little bit about himself and demonstrate how our new ‘Search’ works.
Meet Alex Keselman
Our main goal at ApprovalMax is to make your life easier, so that you can focus your efforts on growing your business, instead of being bogged down in routine. Providing new and innovative features is only one side of the coin for us – the other is customer service, and that’s where I come in.
My plan for 2019 is to help grow our team and our presence across the globe, covering various time zones, to make sure each and every one of our clients receives fast and reliable technical support.
What’s your role?
I’m here as a single point of contact between our customers and the product management team. I want to ensure our customers can engage with us in the most seamless way possible.
Part of my role is to help our customers achieve success. I’m eager to know their challenges and to help solve them in the most efficient way. I will do this via regular email correspondence, publishing new Knowledge Base articles, and creating videos and other useful content.
Our new ‘Search’ feature was released recently after a month in beta.
It’s by far the number one feature request we’ve received of late, and we’re happy to confirm that it’s now live. Let me demonstrate how it works:
